Although Voltage Controlled was originally the name of a collaboration
in analog audio and video, Paris Treantafeles has stolen the name for himself.
A self proclaimed "video artist" of 2 years with no education in the arts,
Paris became a strong advocate in the OpenSource software movement, using
software such as PD to emulate early video synthesizers. Recently through
a "religous experience" involving a monkey on a platform, he put away the
laptop and is performing with handheld consoles such as the gp2x and
gameboy advance.
His visuals seem to answer the question,
"What happens when you get drunk and do math?"
